1. About the service

Ashegham ("the Service") is an online platform that connects Iranian adults worldwide who are seeking serious relationships and marriage. The Service is operated by the site owner ("we", "us").

By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into marriage under the laws applicable to you.

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and to keep it accurate. One person may hold one account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and access to your email address secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

If you use sign-in with Google, you are also responsible for the security of your Google account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to harass, threaten, defraud, or deceive other members; to impersonate anyone; to solicit money, services, or investment; to advertise; to send spam; to share illegal content; or to scrape or automate access to the Service.

We may investigate reports from members and take action, including content removal, restriction, suspension, or account termination.

5. Moderation and verification

Profile photos are reviewed before they can be shown. Each member chooses the audience for every photo, and paid plans never override that choice. Members may optionally submit selfie or identity verification; supporting evidence is examined by our team and permanently deleted immediately after a decision is reached.

Verification indicates only that we have reviewed the submitted material. It is not a guarantee of identity, background, or intentions. Always use your own judgment when interacting with others.

6. Paid plans and gift codes

Some features are available through paid plans. Gold costs $9 USD per month or $79 USD per year; Platinum costs $59 USD per month and is available monthly only. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any tax that may apply in your country.

Gold may be purchased directly where card payment is available, or activated with a gift code arranged for an intended recipient. Platinum cannot be gifted. An unused gift code may be shared once with that intended recipient; it may not be resold, exchanged for cash, or transferred after redemption. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a plan period has started.

Platinum includes a limited number of direct messages to members you have not matched with. That allowance does not roll over between periods, and members who have disabled direct messages in their settings cannot be contacted this way regardless of your plan.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that introductions made through it will lead to any particular outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your live profile, photos, and personal data subject to the limited safety-report evidence and retention window described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, or where we believe it is necessary to protect members or the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
